Dr. Faith Ajiboye

DMD, MD, MBA

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Faith Ajiboye is a highly trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with an extensive background in medicine, dentistry, and healthcare leadership. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, followed by completion of UConn’s rigorous six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery/MD program. As part of her surgical pathway, Dr. Ajiboye also earned her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the UConn School of Medicine and completed a two-year General Surgery residency.

Her training encompasses full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, including complex dentoalveolar procedures, management of facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, treatment of TMJ disorders, and advanced implant rehabilitation. She has specialized experience in full-arch implant surgery, digital workflow integration, and the placement of zygomatic implants for patients with severely atrophic maxillae.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Ajiboye is passionate about mentoring students, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She is deeply committed to service, having participated in numerous outreach initiatives both locally and internationally, including Missions of Mercy, Tanzania dental mission work, community health programs, and shelter-based care for underserved populations.
